These terms govern your access to and use of the public website at qdexai.com and all of its subdomains (the “Site”). They do not govern the QDEX service accessible via login: that is governed by the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
If you sign up to use the Service, the Terms of Service, AUP, and DPA prevail over these terms in the event of any conflict.
By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is posted at qdexai.com/legal/website-terms.

The Site and its contents, including text, images, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by QDEX or its licensors.
You may view, download and print Site materials for your internal business use only. You must not copy, scrape, harvest, republish, frame, mirror, sell or license Site content, nor use Site content to train or fine-tune third-party AI models.

You must use the Site lawfully and must not introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure. You must not use automated tools to access or interact with the Site other than for standard web browsing.

The Site is for general information only. QDEX is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Site content does not constitute regulated advice or any other advice. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking or refraining from any action based on the Site content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for information only. QDEX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Do not submit confidential information through public forms on the Site. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant QDEX a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them.

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time.

You may link to any publicly available page on the Site, including deep-links (for example, qdexai.com/legal/terms-of-service or qdexai.com/legal/dpa), provided the link is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any association, approval or endorsement where none exists, and you must not frame the Site on any other website. You must not remove, hide or alter any notices or disclaimers on the destination page, and you must not use our logos or trademarks without prior written permission. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
