About These Terms
1. These terms govern your access to and use of the public website at qdexai.com and all of its subdomains (the “Site“). They do not govern the QDEX service accessible via login: that is governed by the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
2. If you sign up to use the Service, the Terms of Service, AUP, and DPA prevail over these terms in the event of any conflict.
3. By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
4. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is posted at qdexai.com/legal/website-terms.

Site Content and Intellectual Property
6. The Site and its contents, including text, images, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by QDEX or its licensors.
7. You may view, download and print Site materials for your internal business use only. You must not copy, scrape, harvest, republish, frame, mirror, sell or license Site content, nor use Site content to train or fine-tune third-party AI models. You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Site. This prohibition should be treated as an express reservation of our rights, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of the EU Digital Copyright Directive (2019/790).
Permitted Use
8. You must use the Site lawfully and must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its infrastructure, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. You must not use automated tools to access or interact with the Site other than for standard web browsing.
No Advice
9. The Site is for general information only. QDEX is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Site content does not constitute regulated advice or any other advice. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking or refraining from any action based on the Site content.
Third-Party Links
10. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for information only. QDEX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Submissions and Feedback
11. Do not submit confidential information through public forms on the Site. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant QDEX a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them.
Privacy and Cookies
12. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at qdexai.com/legal/privacy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is set out in the Cookies Policy at qdexai.com/legal/cookies.
Availability
13. The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology to access the Site and should use your own virus protection software. We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site or any part of it at any time.
Linking to the Site
14. You may link to any publicly available page on the Site, including deep-links (for example, qdexai.com/legal/terms-of-service or qdexai.com/legal/dpa), provided the link is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
15. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any association, approval or endorsement where none exists, and you must not frame the Site on any other website. You must not remove, hide or alter any notices or disclaimers on the destination page, and you must not use our logos or trademarks without prior written permission. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.

16. Any use of our name, logos or trademarks requires prior written permission.
Takedown and Complaints
17. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact legal@qdexai.com with details of the content and your request.
Warranties and Liability
18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
19. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
20. Subject to clause 19, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Site or any content on it.
21. Subject to clause 19, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site.
22. In particular, we will not be liable for: loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
23. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed £100.
User Indemnity
24. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless QDEX, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Assignment
25. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will notify you in writing if this happens.
Severability
26. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
27. These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
